Acceptable Use Policy

Effective October 4, 2026 · Version 2026-10-04
Draft under legal review. Tessorio is in a private beta, and this document may change before public launch.
The short version. This summary helps you find your way; the full text below is what applies.
  • Tessorio is for learning and teaching. Keep it safe for kids, who use it too.
  • Don't upload what you don't have the right to use, or other people's private information.
  • Don't try to break, overload, scrape or get around the Service's limits and protections.

This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to everything you upload, paste, ask for, build, share, or do in Tessorio, including through learners on your account.

1. Content you may not upload, request or share

  • Material that infringes someone's copyright, trademark or other rights, including textbooks, paid courses, test banks, answer keys or videos you don't have permission to use this way.
  • Anything that sexualizes minors, in any form. We report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and law enforcement.
  • Sexually explicit material, or graphic violence or gore.
  • Harassment, bullying, threats, or content that demeans people for their race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation or age.
  • Instructions or encouragement for self-harm, suicide or eating disorders. If you or someone you know is struggling, call or text 988 in the US.
  • Instructions for weapons capable of mass harm, making dangerous drugs, or committing crimes, fraud or violence.
  • Other people's personal information without their permission, or sensitive records such as health, financial, government ID, or students' special-education or disciplinary records.
  • Content made to deceive, such as passing AI-made lessons off as coming from a real school, certification body or person who didn't make them, or fake credentials.
  • Malware, or anything designed to harm devices or data.

2. Things you may not do

  • Use Tessorio to cheat: to complete graded work, tests or certifications on someone else's behalf, or where your school or exam doesn't allow it.
  • Use Tessorio to make decisions about people's education, jobs, credit, housing or legal rights.
  • Sign up a child under 13 yourself unless you are their parent or legal guardian, or their teacher acting with your school's authorization.
  • Give false age information, share accounts, or sign in as someone else.
  • Try to get around the age check, plan or usage limits, parent or teacher PINs, or security.
  • Scrape, crawl or copy the Service or its content by automated means, or use it to train other AI models.
  • Probe, scan or test the Service's vulnerabilities, or send it traffic that could overload it. If you find a security issue, please tell us at support@tessorio.com instead.
  • Try to make the AI produce content this policy forbids, or to reveal its instructions or other users' information.
  • Resell or redistribute the Service, or Tessorio Library courses, outside what the Terms allow.

3. What we do about violations

We may refuse a request, remove content, turn off sharing, limit features, or suspend or close accounts, depending on how serious the violation is and whether it has happened before. We may report illegal content to the authorities. If you think we made a mistake, email support@tessorio.com.

4. Reporting

To report content that breaks this policy, email support@tessorio.com with a link to the course or lesson. For copyright, follow our Copyright and DMCA Policy.
